Hours of Operation:  Monday – Sunday

9:00 am to 9:00 pm

 

INTAKE MEETING

 

The intake meeting is the initial interview prior to the first scheduled visitation with both the custodial and the non-custodial parent, conducted separately.  At this meeting, the court order and other documentation is provided to the monitor.  The guidelines and procedures will be reviewed during this interview.

OFF-SITE VISITATION

 

#1 Kid Watch provides consistent, dependable supervision of visitation between the non-custodial parent and their child in a safe and worry-free environment.  The off-site location will be mutually agreed upon by both parents.

SUPERVISED MONITORED EXCHANGE

 

#1 Kid Watch provides Supervised Exchanges which is the supervision of the transfer of the child(ren) from one parent to the other, with the remainder of the parent/child contact remaining unsupervised.  Safety measures are followed to ensure that the custodial and non-custodial parent exchanging the child(ren) do not come in contact.

SUPERVISED TELEPHONE MONITORING

 

#1 Kid Watch provides supervised telephone monitoring using three-way calling or mutually agreed upon conference line.

REPORTS

 

#1 Kid Watch will provide a requested report to the parent or attorney upon written request.  There are four types of reports available include The Summary Report, Detailed Overview Report, Declaration and Incident Report.  The Summary Report will provide the requestor with a list of the visitation dates and times only.  A Detailed Overview Report will provide the requestor with the list of the visitation dates and times as well as details of each visit.

COURT APPEARANCE

 

Based on subpoena from the parents and/or respective attorneys, #1 Kid Watch will provide court testimony along with written documentation of the details of each supervised visit. 

 

Court testimony from a Monitor is only involved if a court requests it.  Written documentation detailing the monitored visitations will be submitted.
